Plata Group started at a kid's birthday party. I was talking with other parents and almost everyone had the same story — they had a dream, an idea for a business. But they didn't know how to start.

I'd spent 20 years building that exact skill set — across entertainment, fitness, and software. As a DJ, I learned to read people and take them on a journey. As a CrossFit coach, I turned a dead 8pm class into the most attended class of the week. In software, I built teams, marketing departments, and operations from scratch.

I'm also a cofounder and Head of Operations at Bliss Catch, an early-stage startup. I'm not advising from the sidelines — I'm living the same founder journey you are, every day.
