Hey, I'm James Plata — a founder, consultant, and community builder who believes the biggest gap we face today isn't technological. It's human.
I grew up grounded in a specific place, a specific generation, and a specific set of values. That upbringing never left me. It's the lens through which I see every problem — and the fuel behind everything I build.
My work lives at the intersection of community, technology, and belonging. I build bridges between the world I came from and the world being built around us — so that no one gets left behind as the future accelerates forward.
